Odfjell Terminals Korea (OTK) plays a pivotal role as a logistics hub in Northeast Asia. We operate 85 tanks with a combined capacity of 313,710 KL and can handle anything liquid.

Odfjell Terminals Korea Co., Ltd. was established in 2002 as a joint venture between Odfjell SE, the Norwegian chemical tanker and storage company, and Korea Petrochemical Ind. Co., Ltd. Odfjell Terminals is today a network of four tank terminals, providing safe and efficient storage for vital liquids, chemicals, and oil products at strategic international shipping hubs in Korea, Belgium, and the US.

Milestones

2001

KPIC establishes Onsan Tank Terminal Co., Ltd.

2002

KPIC and Odfjell AS enter a joint venture contract and establish Odfjell Terminals Korea Co., Ltd.

2007

OTK is granted the Korea Safety Award.

2008

OTK is ISO 1400:2004 certified, and the E2 expansion project is completed, with a total capacity of 61,470 cbm.

2009

The E3 expansion project is completed, with a total capacity of 79,920 cbm.

2011

The 20,000 dwt OTK 2 Pier is acquired and the E4 expansion project is completed, adding a total capacity of 63,120 dwt.

2019

A new underground pipeline connects OTK to the Ulsan Petrochemical Complex.

2023

OTK wins the Gold Medal at the Global Tank Storage Awards, and is granted the Korea Safety Award.

2025

The E5 expansion project is in progress. When finalized, it will add 87,940 cbm capacity.
